Great service! Great staff! My only comment is that Heartland Toyota should have there suggested maintenance align with the manufacturers maintenance schedule. For example, your maintenance schedule recommends an oil change every 4 months or 4,000 miles. This is over twice as often as Toyota recommends it under normal operating conditions. I get it. It's a money maker and pretty much all dealers practice this, but keep in mind that you may be doing unneccessary maintenance, wasting natural resources, and charging owners who don't know any better and may not be able to fully afford it. Think about it.
