Bre was great, zero complaints. Nothing was resolved however. I've tried 3 different phone charger cords, all cause the port to de-energize within 1 to 5 or so minutes. Toyota advertises incorrectly with the 4Runner mileage. Look on the chat rooms online. I bought mine with 40 miles on it. It was ay 11.2. within 150 miles, to which I drove 40 or under to continue to break in the motor, I went to 16.5. my vehicle is stock, I drive it like a grandma to see if there's any way to get the avg up. It's only dropped to 15.2. a month ago when I was in for routine service, it was 15.4. I live a mile from the freeway, with almost o hills. I run premium fuel only. I was told today, "it'll get better the more you drive it". What sense does that make at this point? I have 7k miles on it. I drove from Gig Harbor to Centralia awhile back, set my cruise control at 64. I left avg 16.2, arrived getting 15.9.
And don't get me started on the sales managers. In the last 6 months, I've left 4 voicemails, and my last service I tried talking to them in person and was told they were too busy to talk to me, left a follow up message with a live person a couple weeks later and she said under no certain terms would they not call me back because she was going to talk to them personally. No call.
I don't understand. I wouldn't pat myself on the back the way your advertising seems to. You have some good people there, face to face. The rest? No thanks.

Arrived for our alignment service appointment at 5:20 pm on Thursday. We waited until 7 pm with no updates on our vehicle status. At 7:15 pm we were checked out and told that the person who serviced our vehicle was test driving it to make sure that it was good. We waited another 45 minutes before we were given another update that the vehicle was still being worked on and that it would be ready soon. At around 8:30 pm, we were told that the vehicle would need to be returned the following day to fix an issue that occurred when the technician fixed the alignment. We were at the dealership for 3 hours before our vehicle was returned to us with warning lights turned on that had not been turned on before we dropped it off at 5:30. We were given a rental the following day so that they could fix their error and thankfully we got the truck back in good working conditions. However, we should not have been continually told the vehicle would be ready soon and stayed past the time the service department/shop closes without updates or an offer to get a rental car so that we could return home for the night if they needed the truck to stay overnight and be worked on for longer.

Everything is fine however there is a very strong gas smell in the car. It seems to be dissipating, but it’s almost as if someone spilled gas somewhere. Hoping it goes away in a couple days. It was almost unbearable when I picked it up.

Several times i have indicated on my paperwork when i signed in, that i wanted help turning on my bluetooth. Then i have left and realized on the way home that i didn't get it done. Mr Smiley made sure he had turned on bluetooth, adjusted the dashboard display, and located a music stream.
