The service ended up $150 more than the estimate I was given to consider proceeding. Service advisor forgot to schedule a brake service as agreed, or even mention that significant safety item on the final paperwork I received. As a result I had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes later that same day to schedule a rear brake service. Actually I had to wait 20 minutes standing in line at the service department to check the vehicle in today. Otherwise my service advisor was super friendly and courteous, as well as other staff members I had the pleasure of working with today. Thank you fir booking my break service sooner than the original 14 days out date I was given.

Chet - friendly , helpful. No upselling but helped me get into the oil change deal. I trust him, which is very valuable to me when it comes to car service. The service people make it worth the drive from Bainbridge Island. Aiden in the car rental center - also excellent and very friendly. Very sweet kid; I would rent there again because of him. Agent who handled the return was also great but I didn’t catch her name; tried to save me money with the gas tank I forgot to fill. Overall a great experience.
