Heartland Toyota Auto Repair Service

Breanna told my husband and myself that my service package had expired, despite me having purchased the 30/45k package at vehicle purchase. I let her know I thought I had done that and she stated that it expired at 2 years. She pretty much made my husband then me sit through a sales pitch for the service packages, she could not answer basic questions, I was asking about if it was 7 years or 70k miles, whichever came first? She stated, no that you got 11 oil changes no matter what your miles are, even over 70k. I asked her to please confirm this, she would not. Fine, I will buy a service package, then I had to wait for the manager to look me up, find out I already had purchased this service package, we had to walk back and Sean who was so nice, showed Breanna how to look up my package I purchased. He was great. Breanna then checked me out and then blamed my husband for her mistake! She told me, oh your husband must not have known anything about it. OMG! What an epic waste of my time today. I spent 2 hours trying to pick up my car! Thank goodness Sean has customer service. Breanna has zero knowledge of how things work and honestly you guys putting her on this position makes me lose confidence in your company. Do the service people know just as much? She had an opportunity to apologize for wasting my time today but she did not. I bought my car new at Heartland Toyota, and she was looking at my service record for my Honda which I sold YEARS ago! So yes, I am in the system twice. She pretty much sat on her computer while there was a huge line up of customers and The guy who was working checked everyone out, and during that entire time she failed even checking me out. I work full time, I am an essential worker, I am tired and gave up my entire Saturday morning for this.

When i showed up Breaane informed me that my vehicle was not scheduled, but she went ahead and rook care pf me. Thank you Breanna!

There is a multi- layered answer to the question- I was treated very well by everyone I had contact with on the two occasions this week. I have confidence that in the end my car will be fixed but I admit to being a bit dismayed that the need for a second part was missed therefore adding considerable labor fees. I will of course pay it, knowing it’s necessary- just unfortunate that I make a third trip down there. Brie was very helpful and I appreciate her listening to me!! Thanks!

Austin helped me complete the 3 year 30,000 warranty without redoing services already done. Creative thinking and flexibility led to a satisfied customer.
