I scheduled today’s 1:40 appointment last week and made clear that my passenger side window had failed and was stuck open and I needed to have it fixed for a road trip. The appointment was made to fix it and to do a routine minimum service because I am leaving on my trip tomorrow. At the suggestion of the scheduler, I arrived early and waited for the work to be done. My car was finally returned to me at 5:20 without a repaired window. I was charged $143 for them to dismantle the door, determine that they had no parts for the repair and reassemble the door. This process took four hours of my time and I will need to return for the actual repair.
I would have taken the car elsewhere for repairs had I been told of your policy of not stocking parts.
I have always been very satisfied with your service and this is a huge departure from the excellence I’ve come to expect. I want a refund for the “diagnostic “ charge I knew NOTHING about. This is terrible customer service and a very deceptive tactic. It is NO way to treat a long-time and loyal customer.
