My wife had brought in our Toyota RAV4 for an oil change service that had included tire rotation, windshield wipers replaced, windshield washer fluid topped off and a few other things. Windshield wipers were not replaced, the windshield fluid was not topped off like they said it was supposed to be. I called and was very frustrated that while I was at work and my wife had brought the car in for service, things did not get done and I was not able to verify but you would expect stellar service but I have yet to receive stellar service from Heartland Toyota. The service advisor had come out to greet my wife as well and informed her that rat feces we’re found in the air filter and listed off things needed to repair and then came back to say he was mistaken and talking about the wrong vehicle to the wrong person. That was not the case with OUR car. I am very disappointed in Heartland Toyota’s service

Austin demonstraights great professionalism, in the way he does his job and honored an add for a break job that was on face book, not necessarily on add with the dealership. He had no issues with getting the OK. His Communication was awesome. My Tundra was done 3 hours ahead of schedule. Good job to Mr.Newell. He deserves kudo's for great customer satisfaction !!!

Making the service appointment big problem!
Need to have in house phone scheduling. The people don't know what to do when asked a question. This caused me a huge problem.
The service department went above and beyond to help me. They gave me outstanding service. But I still suffered because of the phone service:(

Breanna went out of her way to make sure my Tacoma was ready today, along with the Tech(s) who stayed late to get it done. When I called at 3pm it hadn’t even been started-I dropped it off 7/31 for a 9:55am appointment. 1. Trash was left in my cup holder from the window sticker after my oil change.
2. I had booked for an oil change ONLY but tried to sneak in charges for tire rotation as well. I did not ask for, book or want this. Very deceptive.
3. Also felt like it was a very heavy handed upsell for services I don't even need yet such as new tires and bigger service packages. With that much pressure I really wish that I could take my car elsewhere for oil changes and still keep my warranty.
This was very different from the first experience I had doing oil changes here. It was extremely disappointing. I don't want to come in everytime and have to negotiate and question to just get the service I want. It felt like I was going through the car buying process all over just to get my oil changes. So frustrating and time wasting.
