Maintenance slashes one of my tires during a routine tire rotation. I was offered a tire replacement which would arrive in a few days. I was told I'd receive a call when it arrived and I could come in the same day so I wouldn't be driving on a spare tire. Cool, no problem accidents happen. A day after the new tires was supposed to arrive (Tuesday of last week) I never received a call. Tried calling the direct line I was provided 3 times and left a voice mail asking about the tire and my call was never returned. Went through the number posted on the website and explained the situation. Was told to kindly eat **** and drive on the spare tire for another week and get it replaced on Thursday of next week. Thursdays comes around and it takes over an hour to change a tire that shouldn't take more than 15min. Fairly irritated but OK tire is replaced it's best to move on. The next day on my first drive the tire that was replaced blew out just off of Kitsap way. Awsome.
Whoever does the janitor work keeps the place nice and clean though so kudos to him

There were two issues. First, even though the car has 200k miles, Austin recommended 195k service. I don't know how we get back on schedule. Second, there was some soot on the center console. Some, but not all, brushed off.

I am disappointed in your leaders that pressure people. The same thing happened to Wells Fargo. Do Right, build trust and the sales will follow.
