I arrived and was 1st in line, I waited 20 minutes before I could even speak to someone to check in. I was then told my simple oil change would take an hour. It took 90 minutes. 2 hours at the dealership for a simple oil change that i scheduled 2 weeks in advance is unacceptable. Even though I have prepaid maintenance, I will not be returning. This has become standard practice at your maintenance department. You have lost my business for good.

Came back for a second time due to the mass recall issue with my 2020 RAV4 XLE hybrid gas tank. I was still not getting what was expected range wise. I got the run around story that was previously said before, that I just need to drive the vehicle and check back in. Now they are saying the same thing coming from the assistant service manager.. Ridiculous. I’m going to corporate for this matter.
