I was very satisfied w/Bre & the service technicians.
What left a sour note with me was the cost etc of your 45k mile service. Only two items on list were not included in normal service and yet you wanted $280 for what amounted to two filters. It felt like a scam to me. Not your best !

I purchased an oil change, etc package a while ago. The last two times we had an oil change, it was not used. My husband forgot about it. I expect you to have a record of this policy and honor it when we bring a vehicle in for service.
