He was thorough in his investigation on how the Lexus requirements matched those of Toyota, ensuring that we would be satisfied with the maintenance work. I did not receive the premium quality floor mats I ordered for my car. The floor mats I ordered should have been printed Highlander in white rubber these were not. I would like to have the correct mats I paid for install in my car.
