The line set up is confusing not to mention the changes in who helps you. I was waiting by the stand up desk area to check in for an oil change as this is where I’ve gone for check ins in the past. I get told to stand by the front of the line sign near the service providers desks and someone will be right with me. It was unclear who that someone was or from which area. There are several people sitting or standing but no one is assisting me. After a customer service person was finished with her customer I asked if she could check me in. She rudely told me to stand by the front of the line sign and someone would be right with me. I feel her customer service skills were lacking. Furthermore, $20 to rotate tires! Since when is this not part of the oil change service? The entire time I wasn’t paying for oil changes because of my maintenance agreement they were rotating my tires. The customer service is lacking and yet the prices have increased dramatically.

I was told to bring car in with low fuel tank so I did . Then was told should be about 40 minutes. 2 hrs 20 minutes later bre finds me and says the TSR HAS CHANGED AND I NEED TO GO FILL THE TANK . I informed her my car has both problems with the fuel tank . Was at 1/4 so I filled the car 6 .5 gallons. Out of a 14.5 gallon tank .
Brought car back . So shop could measure fuel. It turned out yes the car has both fuel tank issues. So made appointment for tank replace next week. Bre informed me can not reserve the parts they had in stoke . .
When I went to leave they had my car blocked in drop off so had to get bre to move cars so I can leave
