I was told a half hour was sufficient to have them get me into downtown Bremerton, so I dropped off the car at 1230 to make my 1pm appointment. Didn't leave until 110, was close to 20 minutes late. Your scheduling could be better ,or , Don't promise What You Can't Deliver.

I had a 9:10 appt and hurried to be there at 9:08, but was not waited on until Amanda took care of me around 9:25 +/-. Five more minutes and I would have left. Amanda took good care of me but with tire rotation she failed to ask me if I had purchased the tires at Heartland which I had...the difference being $25 to $30 on the bill. Of course my fault too but none the less...

This doesn’t pertain to my car or the people Helping me but I thought it should be mentioned.
The only thing I’d like to see changed at heartland Toyota is the “kids zone” as there really isn’t anything in there. There’s a dirty kids table, a tv that I’ve never seen on and a video game that doesn’t work. It would be nice to see some toys or at least a kids movie. That would make my overall experience there better. Thank you

Dustin was fantastic! I told him I was moving out of state and didn’t have much time for repairs, but knew they were necessary. He did everything he could to ensure I was taken care of and back on the road as soon as possible. He even called me to let me know exactly when the parts arrived so that I wouldn’t take too much time away from packing to wait at the dealership. Fast, friendly, efficient and courteous. If I wasn’t moving, I know I would have continued to depend on Dustin for future service here. Definitely recommending him to my other Toyota owner friends and family members!
