I wish I was told how long the process would take. I went early in hope of comming home to work on my yard however I got my car back at around 11:30am.
I was asked if I was going to wait thinking it would take around 1 1/2 to two hours not four.
I been a customer for many years and service has always been exceptional one slip up is no big deal just wanted you to know.

Terry took absolutely great care of my issue. I arrived much earlier than I expected for my appointment and I fully expected to wait until my scheduled appointment time and was happy to do so. Terry started working on my truck early, as soon as he was able to and had my truck ready for me in record time (almost by the time my original appointment was).
