My service was on Sunday and it seemed busy since the guy was by himself. No problem I work retail and understand that. He was nice but at the end of my service he talks about upcharging the crap out of a spark plug replacement. The parts are only 16 a piece but then the labor is 130 seems ridiculous to me. I bought my truck brand new and bought a service plan that I thought would cover most things under the hood, maybe even spark plugs. What in the world does it entail? Just a damn oil change I could go somewhere else for that. I buy the expensive service plan because I care about my truck. I come from Maryland and their service center where I purchased my vehicle is way better than here and I get way better service they even wash my truck. I hear Hawaii even replenishes your gas at their service center. What is so special about heartland? Nothing. They make me want a refund on my service plan because it seems like it’s not worth it at all luckily I’ll be moving away from here next year. Also your online appointment center **** my husband went in and they told him that they didn’t even know he was scheduled for the day. In addition, the coupons that I get apparently don’t mean squat because I added it to his service ($20 coupon) and they didn’t even take it off. Maybe that was why they didn’t recognize his service... will probably never go to heartland Toyota ever again
