I picked up my truck after having new tires installed in addition to other maintenance work including fluid changes and 160 k mi. inspection. I spent $1,900 approx. A ton of money. I was told that the mechanic was top notch and one of the best. Without proof, this sentiment is pretty meaningless to me. Unfortunately the reality I did experience did not match. When driving my truck off the lot I realized the tire pressure warning light was on. Had to turn around and get proper pressure added. No big deal, but if this one simple thing was neglected/overlooked, I wonder if any other work performed was also not finished or done incorrectly. Unfortunately, I left there not feeling satisfied or confident in the money I spent for the quality of service received.
