Terry originally told me my car would be ready in 3 and a half hours, but when he overheard me tell my husband that I was expecting a shorter time, he had added another mechanic to the job and got me out of the shop in 2 hours. I couldn't thank him enough for going the extra mile for me.

We have always gotten synthetic oil, but our documentation shows conventional. Our paperwork also shows that clutch and clutch fluid were N/A, but our truck is a manual transmission. This leads us to question the quality of work that was actually performed, and if it was completed in its entirety for what we paid for. I’ll be calling tomorrow. We’ve never had a problem with service before and are hoping that this is a fluke that can be resolved quickly and easily.

They do not try to up-sell me services that I don’t need, like “engine shampoos” and “washer-fluid system cleaner”.

We were told a part was in and ready for installation. We drove down from Sequim. The part was only the small cover for the front tow hooks. We arrived realistically expecting the service to take a few minutes to snap the part in. However, after locating the part, our advisor found it was not painted and could not be installed until our color was matched and the painting was done. A 10 minute appointment turned into 2 1/2 hours. We were not happy.
