When I bought the truck I was notified that all services were up to date and all was well. When I brought the truck in for service today (1 month after purchase) I was told that the other dealership (who I bought the truck from) HAD NOT performed the services and that because it was "optional maintainence" I would have to pay for it myself. So my oil change and post trip check up turned into a more than one thousand dollar cost. This is extremely disatifying and is, frankly, an unfair business practice that I will be reporting.
