I had an 8:00 AM appointment made several days in advance to have my tire replaced. I checked in at 7:50 AM. At 9:40 I was told that the wrong tire was ordered. I was getting frustrated that it was taking so long, then to find out that they didn't even change the tire. How much longer would I have been there if the correct tire was there? I will make another appointment but will be even more upset if it takes a couple hours just to change one tire.

Terry was amazing to work with...professional, considerate and anticipated my vehicular needs. My one concern was the response to voicemail. I called Heartland Toyota at 3:09 and 3:18pm on Saturday, July 21st and left voicemails both times because I was stranded at a Safeway parking lot when my 2010 Prius failed to start with “hybrid system” malfunction. I never received a response from the dealership . I ended up calling Heartland on Monday July 23rd at 9:12am after texting online. Please improve the responsiveness of voicemails. Then Heartland will be perfect! Thx.
