It should be known that the customer is waiting in the lobby or outside of the facility. Text messages were sent out saying the car was ready, when I was sitting and waiting for a real person to come get me to finish the paperwork.

Nina was professional, pleasant, and provided excellent customer service. She communicated the details of my vehicle’s service clearly to me and provided helpful answers to my additional questions. While my vehicle was being serviced, she sought me out with an additional recommendation from the mechanic and got my permission first, then expeditiously printed out and completed the payment/paperwork transaction immediately following so as not to cause any additional delay.

She had a surly attitude and complained about me and having to wait on me. She also had an attitude about when I dropped my car off. Apparently my paronage is not wanted or appriciated so for future maintenance I will take my business elsewhere. This is the 2nd time I've had bad service here, and also the last.
