Amanda was very professional and courteous and polite. She was very pleasant, and she listened to our requests. When there was a mixup with our vehicle and another in the service department, she let us know and was very apologetic and made sure we left satisfied with the job. She came out with us to the vehicle and was very personable. She did a better job acknowledging our presence than the other seasoned representatives. We would like to deal with her again.

The glove box was removed and not replaced correctly at the hinge it fell open while I was driving. I snapped the hinge back in and now it is fine. Just a small detail.
