Terry completed everything he promised and then some. work was completed well before the two hour expectation. Though the problem with the squealing Tundra breaks was not resolved the braking system checked out just fine. Seems it’s a moisture issue that Toyota needs to investigate. Terry was top shelf

One suggestion: I asked for an oil change. If any additional services are put on the bill ask the customer rather than just assuming they want the service. I did ask and turned dow the tire rotation. But I like bringing my car to Heartland for car care and will continue to do so.
