Richard Wessell helped me with the service on my truck from start to finish. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated him explaining what needed to be done with my truck and that he kept me informed throughout the process of my truck being serviced. I have a lot of anxiety from getting my truck serviced in the past and because he kept me well informed I felt great knowing that my truck was in good hands :)

His service was excellent but I do not condone these constant "check ins" by employers over their employees. It is your business and your job to manage your people. It is ludicrous to keep asking your customers if they are happy when the real issue is how good are your technicians and is the car working properly and are your managers doing a good job of managing what people do and how they do it! I notice that you do not ask about the actual service on the car. I have brought my car in twice since a set of the brakes was replaced by you--with the same squeaking issue but it has not yet been addressed because they can't "find" anything (e.g. it does not squeak when it is there). I the future, if you want me to take on the job of assessing your employees' "service" you will need to hire me as a consultant and pay me for my time. Much appreciated. MCR

I do always feel, with any service provider, there is ALWAYS “something else” that needs to be done. It is almost impossible to know how to differentiate between what is essential to have done, what’s just a recommendation and how to trust the service representative to be honest, truthful with his/her feedback. It’s about building trust. Steve was helpful. I had to ask a lot of questions.
