If there was a service advisory that would have prevented my repair and I have been a long term customer I would have expected to be notified of the repair. Even if an error code did not show during a previous repair service the technician should have been aware and notified me of service advisory. Because I was not notified I was not aware of repair needed and therefore this created a significant repair invoice.
