Brent is the man! Out of the dozen or so people I’ve interacted with at your dealership, he was by far the friendliest and most helpful. Specifically within the service department, which has not always been the nicest (understatement, you might really want to work on this—a couple of the folks are quite unpleasant to deal with), Brent is the “A team.” Next time I’m asking for Brent.

One of the Skilled Technicians, Tim L., always recognizes me, and today stopped and spoke with me about a recent mis-fire issue that my vehicle had been experiencing, which Heartland was able to fix quickly.
Bringing my vehicles to The Service Department at Heartland gives me peace-of-mind that my vehicle will be fixed correctly. Unfortunately, the customer-centered Service attitude that Heartland displays may not exist everywhere today, but a shop that treats me fairly is a shop that I will continue to do business with.

I had a hitch put on a new rav4. Job took longer and the wiring harness is incorrectly placed on my vehicle. Status updates are very lacking. Had to call to check on vehicle. Also had perma plate put on and they said exterior and interior was to be done. It only looks like exterior. Car was dirty I the interior hatch on back of vehicle. So if they applied the playing all over the vehicle it should be clean and shiny line the rest of the exterior part of car. Not happy with rep.. Called today to resolve hitch, talked to brent. He said he would talk to Mark larsen about issue. No-one has responded back. It has been three hours now. Aaron
