Thank you so much for what started out to be a terrible day, to an absolutely great day! The trunk latch on my VW Passat broke while I was driving, and it stayed open, posing a big safety issue! I will also tell you that the VW dealership couldn’t address it, because they were “down 2 mechanics”. You were gracious and kind enough to address it, which I will be forever thankful Terry! Also, please also note that without the assistance of Tabitha Neal, a virtual stranger to me by the way, just happened to be at the cable company at the same time I was. I thought Nina's service was great. Thank you. For the future, however, when a price is quoted it should include additional fees. i.e. a 7.50 charge for disposal of whatever, I presume. And another 7.50 charge for an additional item which totals $15. That amount of money, though not a lot, deserves a mention.
