The actual purchase experience was great, but the paperwork following the decision was extremely to long. Your brain is to numb to learn about your new vehicle. Process needs to be fixed. Then, we call to ask about registration on the vehicle a while later, promised a call back while we never got. Really disappointed.

When i got to the service desk there were two women working the counter. One completely ignored me and the other, Mandy, was busy stapling a whole bunch of papers, like for about 5 minutes. However once i got to speak to her she was VERY helpful and pleasant, made sure i did not over pay and made the rest of the experience quite good. All-in-all it worked out fine.
