Confusion at the Toyota front desk scheduling. We don’t have a 2012 Lexus! In the future please don’t use a customer s phone number as the only scheduling information. Came in yesterday at 7:00 am. for tire change and were told that our Lexus tire would be changed early. My husband waited for several hours. We had an appointment on Mercer Island and nearly missed the ferry. Don’t know why a strange additional tire was put in our trunk. Not happy with service!!! Gail K

Enough is enough. Every time I come there I get multiple emails, texts and phone calls to confirm or follow up my appt. I’m getting to the point I don’t like going to you guys. You are always pushing services I’ve already had or don’t need. Just dial back the sales goals and you will have much happier customers.
