She did great handling the schedule and paperwork but the mechanic who charged extra to clean mouse droppings out of engine not only did NOT vacuum out engine but charged me extra. Probably why car was done an hour early. I expect to be reimbursed for that missing labor. I have pics of rat poop I am shop vac out.

It was the best service appointment I’ve had there. Amanda helped me get a diaper bag and another bag inside as I had a sleeping baby in the back seat. The services took only 40 minutes instead of the hours I’ve had to wait before. Hopefully the service employees reset the oil light indicator this time and I won’t have to return for them to reset it. Today was a good experience there at Heartland Toyota. Thanks for getting me and the baby out in a reasonable amount of time. Appreciated it.
