Couple days prior when I received a reminder, I thought about my past experiences. I knew my appointment was a Sunday, and realized that the cafe was going to be closed. When I drove up to service, a nice man held my door open and also opened the door to building. This was new. He explained in detail what I should expect. Once I was called to the desk, Amanda was very pleasant in introducing herself. She was friendly and cheerful, and also surprised me after I told her I wouldn’t need the coffee voucher because it’s closed on Sundays, told me they fought to keep it open to make us happy. So from there I felt good about my service. After waiting around with my drink, she saw me and let me know she’s waiting for my key. Then had a small talk before she checked me out. It was a very friendly experience and better than my past visits. She was thorough when going over my Truck’s stats, too. I’m very satisfied with my visit today.
