Scott has taken care of my 2002 Toyota since the day I bought it at Heartland. 488,000 miles later we are running perfectly and ,if I live long enough ,we will hit 600,000 or more. Scott has been extremely honest about what was best for the car at the time and I have trusted him 100%..Maybe I will give it to him in my will!It's a race to see who dies first me or my Forerunner!!

When my service was complete there was a piece of my vehicle out of place. It was sticking out of my hood and I had to pull over to check that it wasn’t a serious problem. I took my car back to the dealership to get help putting the piece back in place and Aaron had nothing to say other than he had never seen this before and that a manager would be in contact with me another day. If there was a piece of my vehicle not put together that I noticed then what else wasn’t in it’s correct place? I also was charged for services that I specifically asked not to be done. I told both the women I scheduled my appointment with and Aaron that I didn’t need anything done with my brakes including a fluid flush and they did the fluid flush anyway and then charged me for it. If this is not resolved I will not be coming back to this dealership to get my 4Runner serviced. Very dissatisfied to say the least.

Dustin was so nice, explained everything that would be done and made sure my service was finished quickly, as I had to leave at a certain time. I was pleasantly surprised to hear the 75,000 mile service was reduced in price, it made it much easier for my budget. I’ve always been happy with my service at Heartland Toyota, and as usual, I left happy.
