In my younger days, I was a "Service Writer" also. They are the front lines that meet and greet the customers. In the past five years, Terry, Brent and the entire staff are just plain "OUTSTANDING".
That's why we just keep coming back for our service.

After finding out it was two and a half hour wait they made sure I got home and pick back up which I really appreciate it. I found the man that helped me today was very helpful answered all my questions and made sure I got a ride there and back which is nice. I could have walked but they made sure they took me there and back. That was very nice of them

My nav system wasn’t working correctly . When I went to check out I had questions about patches vs map updates . When I purchased the car I was not instructed on this aspect. It felt like I had to pull this information out of this person. I need to stay informed . I paid good money for this car. I have every right to have this knowledge. We have purchased 4 vehicles from u. I like your service but when it comes to asking questions about the vehicle the service is not there with some of the service reps. He was not willing to instruct. I feel that we get lip service & smiles but that’s it . I’m becoming disenchanted with the service. Please from now on send these surveys 2 my email .

Brenda was very helpful. She greeted me upon my arrival to Heartland Toyota and was very efficient. Brenda explained exactly what services would be performed on my Corolla. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns. After the work was performed, Brenda walked me through the results of the service and status of the vehicle. She scheduled my next appointment for July.
