The representative that helped me was (Dustin?) was great. He greeted me immediately, helped me get checked in and explained everything that was going to be done. While I was waiting the QA manager came over to talk and ask me a few questions. I told her the last time I was in for my 30K mile service that my car hadn’t been vacuumed before it was returned to me, other than that I was happy, etc. She apologized, made an excuse that the vacuums were probably broken at that time. However, today when I left with my car it had not been vacuumed again. I appreciate the excellent customer service, the free coffee drinks, bottled water, etc. My experience at every other service department I’ve been to has shaped my expectations to have my car cleaner after service than when I brought it in. Again, the representative that helped me was great.
