I asked for help pairing my IPhone to the Bluetooth in my car. We were unsuccessful. We even called the Apple Care Center. Aaron Smith spent 40 minutes trying to help me. That was way beyond the call of duty.
He also listened to my car concerns and reviewed them with the tech guys and always followed up with me. I really appreciated his time, efforts and willingness to follow up with Toyota techs on my phone.
