Plate that attaches to the back surface inside the glove compartment was left on the floor of the car. I discovered it when I got home. Figured out what it was and re-attached it. Really just a nuisance. Please pay attention when completing jobs to ensure everything is finished. Thanks.

Everyone was professional and prompt! Even on a Sunday (which I didn’t know would have appointments). I was greeted by a polite man when I pulled in, worked with a professional and funny young woman, and was surprised by the free drink in the cafe while I waited.
