When your agent spoke with me about the weak/loose hose clamps on my Camry's power steering fluid container, she made it sound like you guys were going to just replace the hose clamps FOR FREE. I didn't realize that I was actually charged $60.00 for that until I came home and went through my bill. I called Ms. Nina Shaw and asked about it, and she said the hose clamp was free, but they had to charge me for a half hour labor for replacing them. Well, that part was not specified or elaborated for me. That half hour labor to replace the hose clamps cost me $60.00. Had I known it was going to be that much, I would've waited until I got home and done it myself. I have numerous different size hose clamps at my house designed for that use. I've been taking ALL MY TOYOTA VEHICLES to your shop for years since 2003, and I've been pretty much just taking your service agents' words whenever they tell me issues with my vehicles. I'm done with that, next time I bring in my vehicle for a service and your agent tells me there's something else wrong, I will demand pictures. I don't think that would be a problem since most cellphones these days are equipped with a camera. Needless to say your agents need to do a better job explaining things to the customers.
