As usual, the personnel (Mark) was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful. The only thing that dimmed the experience was the raise in price for an oil change (including tire rotation, etc.). $70 a bit over the top!

Aaron is a credit to Heartland. My dissatisfaction is that it took 12years for the first spiral cable to fail and barely 2years for the replacement part to fail again. My conclusion is that the replacement, or installation, was substandard. Your comments are appreciated.
