Dustin was awesome. He was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure our issues are fixed. We are dissatisfied with the fact that we have water leaking from the sunroof. We have raised this issue three times. Last time we brought the car in we were told it was fixed. I am ready to move on from the dealership unless we can get this resolved. Less than thrilled with the end result.

I did not appreciate having to bring my can from Sequim, WA to Bremerton, WA - first because after an oil change the screw for the oil drain wasn't tightened and was leaking oil then bringing it back to have them check that and check the oil level the oil cap inside the engine was not put back into place and oil was sprayed all over my engine and didn't even register any oil on the dip stick when I discovered this problem, I had to leave it there for two days. Used annual leave from work so I could drive back and forth to the dealership to try to get these errors corrected.
