Mark Larsen was rude when I asked him to have lot personnel remove debris from vehicle. Grease and/or dirt left on glove compartment. I complained to Eric, said he would discuss issue with Scott.

In addition, Heartland Toyota is somewhat pricey compared to other dealers. Finally, my tires were never rotated because the technician failed to ask me for the wheel lock key.Again, Brenda was #1 !

The service took about twice as long as I had been told to expect. That’s completely understandable, some things take time. But my final bill included a “miscellaneous charge” of $16. I asked what that was about and was told it was for any disposable or recyclable supplies used during my service. What was strange though is that I was told the cost was based on a percentage of my basic service cost, which means it could have been calculated before the service started. When I asked why this charge wasn’t disclosed when I first signed my papers, the service representative was very dismissive and didn’t quite answer my question. It’s a small amount of money, but it seemed like a few hidden behind some dishonesty. I didn’t get charged much extra, but the extra tha I was charged felt like I was ripped off.
