Terry was the best since I’ve been coming there. I arrived almost an hour & 1/2 earlier than my appt, got me right in, & got me back out quickly. Explained everything. Fantastic!

Dustin could have communicated with me a little better regarding the process of the repair of my vehicle. He pretended that he couldn't leave a voice mail because it was malfunctioning. Others left voice mail in that sa.e time frame with no problem.

Aaron does a reasonably good job, so the issue is really more of the whole process. the young man who greeted me was kind and attentive; well don. Someone other than Aaron did the initial paperwork; this was disconcerting, since it was clear that her neither knew me or my car... I would rather he had offered to let me wait until Aaron had returned, which did not take that long, especially since I was early. it turned out that I went looking for status on the car about the point Aaron had printed it out - about an hour and a half after the car was turned in, and the initial work was done ((I presume, it wasn't stated.) when reviewing work that was recommended, he went thru the items fairly quickly; and aute frankly I was shocked at the cost of these "small" items (wiper blades and marking lights.) while I subsequently agreed too the wipers, I still felt that he was pushing me too hard on points I knew my budget could not handle. he did give me a small discount, but I think the light bulbs might have been installed gratis. the happy thing is I see Brent is back; i will be happy to work thru him next time. but some of these other things can be improved... I have been a regular customer for two or three years, that should warrant a little gentlemanly kindness, rather than treating me (or any woman) like I don't know my mind or my car.//

Given that my car issue was difficult to duplicate all the service reps (Rick, Aaron and Terry) were very good at listening to my story and frustrations with ny car not starting. Thanks to all of them!!

Apparently it took two service hours to figure out you ordered the wrong part, which means we need to spend another two hours there for warranty service.
