Emily was very personable and helpful. She was able to get the the car in to do a check engine light diagnostic. The engine light did come back on but I still have an appointment next week.

Aaron and Terry-service managers- did a great job of quickly rectifying the issue of not so great mechanics who did not properly attach the 4wd shifter to the transfer case. I did cancel plans I had for the day to bring the truck back to complete the repair correctly the second time in about 3 hrs. My biggest disappointment is probably 2 fold... 1- can I trust the rest of the service that was done clutch, timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, drive belts and 2- having to return to get it corrected caused me to cancel plans and yes my time as a consumer is worth something as well a discount off the 3000 plus dollars I paid the day before would have been accepted.
