I was confused by the quote I received when I scheduled the service. I was told it would be $89 including tire rotation. When I received the final bill it was $89 even though I used a $20 off coupon. The coupon was deducted but the bill itemized some parts that were not part of the initial quote but were part of the oil change. I would have preferred to be told the quote didn’t include parts so I could anticipate the total.

I was upset to learn that the work that was done on my car due to a recall notice was actually done by true autobody not the Toyota dealership. I was also pretty upset that they were not willing to look at or correct my driver side window issue that I’m pretty sure was directly related to the water leak in my car caused by true auto body not fixing my car correctly. I spent a long time without my own vehicle and have been required to spend a lot of my time dealing with getting these mistakes corrected and they are far from resolved. There is still water issues with my car.

My only real complaint besides cost of fuel injection service was the cost of the fuel pump (455.00). That same part was available for 130.00 & they price matched with a warranty. I had a bad experience years ago with a brake job done at Heartland & that's one reason it's been so long since I've been in. So far the quality of the work on this recent experience has exceeded my previous. That said, the bottom line for me is price and standing behind the work. Once again, price out the door is my only complaint. Please say hi to Dustin Beeson for me. Cool guy! Thanks
