The next day..
I simply requested a ride home, but was informed by Dustin that Gig Harbor was beyond the “allowed mileage limit”
And that was it.. no exception, no offer of a loner vehicle or
A courtesy ride by a sales person ., etc!
My wife and I called our son who drove from Gig Harbor, picked us up and brought us home,, This morning , a friend drove me from Gig Harbor to your dealership... we own 5 vehicles , which we take in for service on a regular basis.
The dealerships we use always offer a loner vehicle or a ride to& from home..
Some are as far as 25 miles from our home.
We don’t plan to return to Heartland Toyota...
