Austin was definitely the best help I've had in a long time from Heartlands service department. There was a point in time I was nervous to take my vehicle over there, he's since changed how I feel. I'm very grateful for all his help!

I’d asked to have new license plates put on my car. They forgot. I asked again and they took care of it!
As this is my first time here, I was surprised that my car wasn’t vacuumed out and washed. For substantially more cost, I got less service...? How come Toyota in Oregon can give complete service for far less? I am also overwhelmed that my 60,000 miles check will cost over $500. There is nothing wrong with my car!

2 concerns: my service report did not state that the propeller shaft bolt had been re-torqued (something I specifically wanted and a required maintenance item). And I don't understand why this oil change was regular oil and my last one there was synthetic. Also, does this harm my truck.
