My main reason for scheduling an appointment with your dealership was for my vehicles routine MAINTENANCE. In addition to that were some recall issues with repositioning the projector lights underneath the side mirrors that came factory with the brand new vehicle. Which all your technicians thought was aftermarket and not under warranty. However, i had to explain several times that these projector lights needed to be repositioned after toyota of renton replaced after a recall was issued. But i wasted my time by not getting even a simple maintenance done in the vehicle. This is the second time i bring my car in for a MAINTENANCE and it gets ignored. The technicians should have seen themselves when they started my vehicle "MAINTENANCE REQUIRED" is displayed right in front of them. Ridiculous service. Now I have to take time out of my schedule AGAIN to make another appointment.
