Mike was very friendly and helpful during my visit today. I had two very energetic kids with me, and he spoke kindly and with patience to them, and was patient with me while I tried to talk and keep them settled. My interaction with Mike was very pleasant.

1. While I was waiting at the cafe, I observed a number of customers in the area not wearing facial coverings when they are required to be worn inside. Multiple employees walked past the area but did not tell these individuals to put on their masks.
2. I wasn't shown where the key for my Alloy Locks were stored at pickup. The Service Writer, Paul Smith and I searched my vehicle but weren't able to find it. After some time spent and running to the back, Paul was told the keys for the alloy locks were stored with the spare tire in the trunk. I would appreciate being told where to find the key for the alloy locks before I take the car back.
3. I called the Service Department prior to my appointment and spoke with Jeffrey at 1:54 pm. I asked him to add the installation of the front license plate bracket to the work being performed at my 3:00 pm appointment. Jeffrey sent me an email confirming the addition. Speaking with Paul Smith when I came in, he confirmed multiple times the accessories being added and installation of the front license plate. The front license plate bracket wasn't installed when I was told the car was ready this evening.
4. Paul Smith misplaced my car keys, believing he gave them to me. I emptied my pockets and backpack, searched my car, and looked around his desk area. He went to the shop/back and found the keys there.
5. Looking at the "We Owe" sheet again after arriving home this evening, the mudguards were listed as owed. The work order I received after my appointment today shows that the mudguards were already installed before delivery of the vehicle, but I was still charged the $213.34 at the time of purchase. I’d appreciate further clarification on this matter and why I incur the cost of the mudguards that were already installed.
I believe the Service Writer, Paul Smith, did his best to remedy the situation but I left Heartland Toyota this evening deeply disappointed in the service. Please contact me at ****-****-xxxx. I look forward to the call.

I was very happy with my service but I was not very happy in the waiting room I was there all by myself for at least an hour watching television a gentleman came in and sat across from me then one of the employees came and looked at the gentleman and said can I change the channel and he kept his back to me the whole time the gentleman said fine then he looked at the gentleman and said is that loud enough and the gentleman said yes and he walked away I was the one watching television I just felt he was very rude he was a big guy with a white shirt he worked at the end there I could see him from the television apparently he looks down at women and only talks to men
