Over all very satisfied with service. Although, had a surprise driving home. Fortunately, only about 7 miles or so. Check engine light came on and the trac system light came on. Called the service people, managed to drive back, and problem fixed quickly. Not sure what happened, little unnerving, and quickly corrected.

I arranged an appointment to get a shield for the catalytic converter and was told supplies were in stock. It took over 30 minutes for me to learn that no order had been made and or that one had not been set aside for my appointment. I then was told I need to prepay and order a new one (a heat shield that is repurposed).
I travel 45 minutes each way for service. This is very unsatisfactory.
