Add on sales,threatening phone call that my car is running sluggish and need throttle body cleaning. Fear it was not going to run right to even drive home. Had to have my husband come drive it home. It was a scar .... it runs just fine.
My husband can buy a can of cleaner... saving 90 dollars...when and if we ever need it...mechanic spoke to husband when we picked it up,explaining no urgency...

I was disappointed to learn that my vehicle was leaking oil as well. I just purchased this vehicle on 11/13 and was not informed of any issues. My loyalty to the manufacturer/dealers/rep repair service members/ technicians, are represented on how well they take of their clientele/ vehicle so it will last longer and trust could be created in a long run. But discrediting other rep just to gain a client is very well noted as well. Kindly train your personnel well on how to gain trust and loyalty, so they can be trusted as well. Remember misinforming or not properly advising your clients and letting them spend more money than what is necessary may cause a **** on the clients financial stability and loyalty as well.
