I was very pleased with my service experience with Patrick Duncan. I erroneously thought my appointment was scheduled for today (it wasn’t) Mr Duncan was able to fit me into the schedule so I wouldn’t have to come back. He was very gracious & professional. Please thank him on my behalf.

My husband Eric passed away suddenly,I kept his appointment for 9/29 to have the door panel replaced. On 9/29 my neighbors dropped the truck off and were advised a picture would be taken and sent in to see of the repair was covered under warranty. Eric made this appointment with the assurance the repair was covered and the part was in. I called in spoke to James who advised they did not have the part and it would be 3-4 days until it came in. I called on the 5th day to be advised the part had not arrived yet. I had to call in several times for updates. James did not return my call until the truck was completed, so I truly had no idea of the status for a week. James was very cordial but the lack of communication was unprofessional.

First You service rep was going to charge me when I had 6 free oil changes and when I corrected him he had a smart attitude then I was handed paperwork saying my vehicle was good to go when in fact one of my batteries had only 360 cold cranking amps when it’s supposed to be at 750 and marked red on the paper as well as a moderate on my air filter and you service dept let me leave this is unacceptable! My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from hasslewood since February this year and your customer service and service dept at dodge is one of the most dishonest unprofessional places I have been to in my life! We will no longer buy vehicles here!!! This is just from yesterday since I bought my truck at dodge I have been lied to by your finance and service people have bold face lied to me and been unprofessional!
