I waited 2 months for my recall appointment I had to make arrangements for a ride I get 10 text and 1 call reminding me of my appointment I leave my car about3 hours later someone calls me and say did someone tell you the parts were in? You come to the conclusion it needed a new heater fire which will take 10
Hours labor could be $1500.00 not counting the part a heater core. I already paid you $1110.00 and a computer modular. I feel I paid way too much since my car heater didn’t work.

Charge me this time. My husband and I don’t have lots of money as we’re both retired. I took my vehicle home and it still doesn’t work.
I’ve used Toyota forever they had my Jeep also for almost a week. Then called me they didn’t have a mechanic that knew how to take the dash apart. We
Weren’t charged anything. This is where I feel Dodge dropped the ball with their technicians not able to fix my car and it costing me upwards of thousand
Dollars. Winter us here my husband with numerous health issues and three more surgeries coming up and winter with no good working heater.
So I asked my husband if he was satisfied? He said absolutely not.
