I went for service earlier in the year there and it was terrible, they lost my keys twice and didn't know where my new Ram Limited was and did not have my vehicle ready until hours past the promised time. However, this visit was so much different than my past experiences. James was friendly, and organized, and it was overall a great experience. Smart move hiring him as the service manager.
